Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold by Bitnest Shop are manufactured, assembled, or prepared specifically for your order. Because of this, production begins after your order is placed.
This made-to-order approach helps us maintain quality standards while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
Processing Time
Orders typically require 1–3 business days for production and fulfillment before shipment.
During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, most customers can expect delivery within 5–7 business days from the date the order was placed.
Actual delivery times may vary based on:
- Shipping destination
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Bitnest Shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
If a package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to help investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
