At Bitnest Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products modified at the customer's request.
- Digital products or downloadable files.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please Note: Products manufactured through additive manufacturing (3D printing) may contain minor cosmetic layer lines, surface texture variations, or other characteristics inherent to the manufacturing process. These characteristics do not constitute defects.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we may offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production, fulfillment, or shipment begins.
Because some products are manufactured, assembled, or prepared to order, cancellation requests received after production has started may not be eligible for a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bitnest Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
